PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing an antiaging agent, a vulcanization accelerator and a modified natural rubber, which is environment-friendly and can respond to the decrease of petroleum resources in prospect of the future. SOLUTION: Aniline or aniline derivative is prepared from a glucose as carbon neutral resources, through conversion of the glucose to aniline or aniline derivative by using a microorganism. The production of the antiaging agent, the vulcanization accelerator or the modified natural rubber, is carried out by using the converted aniline or aniline derivative.
