PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid lamination apparatus in which even if fluids having different flow characteristics are joined, a disorder does not occur in the flow. SOLUTION: The fluid lamination apparatus is constituted so that there exists, at a wall surface belonging to a slit portion and a joining portion, a channel width broadening starting point where an angleαof the wall surface of at least one end part in the laminating direction from the slit part to the joining part and the center axis of the channel starts increasing looked from upstream to downstream in the flow direction, wherein, in the channel width broadening portion existing outer than a tangential line at the wall of the channel width broadening starting point, the area of the upstream channel width broadening portion from the channel width broadening starting point to a position of the downstream by an end slit pitch is 0.04 times or more of the square of the end slit pitch.
