PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an OFDM reception device which receives a signal of its channel having been subjected to error correction encoding and modulation by an OFDM modulation system to precisely perform error correction decoding even in case of adjacent channel interference. SOLUTION: Reception means 1 to 6 receive signals, and interference information detection means 9 to 12 detect information regarding the level of adjacent channel interference based upon the received signals; and a carrier determination means 12 determines a carrier lowering a soft decision likelihood at a frequency band end of its channel based upon the detected information, and a demodulating means 7 demodulates the received signals. Then an error correcting means 8 lowers the determined soft decision likelihood of the carrier based upon the demodulation results to subject the signal of its channel to the error correction decoding.
