PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating system capable of reducing the size, and capable of surely adjusting wash water to be supplied to a private part of a user to the proper temperature. SOLUTION: This fluid heating system has a wash water heating means 9 having predetermined total rated power and heating the wash water supplied from a water supply source, a jetting means for jetting the wash water heated by the wash water heating means to the human body, and an electric power control means for controlling electric power supplied to the wash water heating means from an AC power source. The wash water heating means includes a plurality of heaters 91 and 92 heating the wash water supplied from the water supply source. The plurality of respective heaters have electric power controlling triacs 99a and 99b of the heaters having rated power lower than the total rated power, a plurality of flow passage forming pipes 9T for inserting the plurality of heaters, and metallic plates 93a and 93b for fixing the plurality of flow passage forming pipes.
