PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member mounting structure capable of mounting a mounted member of a large-sized switch case on a fixed plate of a wall face with only work from the front face side even when the inside of the fixed plate is narrow. SOLUTION: A movable body 6 held on a screw rod 5A of a bolt 5 fitted and held in a flat part 1A for mounting of the mounted member 1 by press-fitting the screw rod 5A in a hole of an elastic nut 7 made of an elastic material is passed through from an opening part 2A having a predetermined shape provided in the fixed plate 2 to the back face of the fixed plate 2. Thereafter, the bolt 5 is rotated to firmly contact a portion in the back face of the fixed plate 2 that is not the opening part 2A.
