PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator, achieving large-capacity ventilation, and having excellent moisture condensation proof performance and heat insulation performance. SOLUTION: This ventilator includes: a ventilating stile 5 provided in a building; a lid stile 6 for opening and closing an opening part for circulating air, which is formed in the central part of the ventilating stile 5, from the interior side; a connecting member 7 connected to the ventilating stile 5 to open and close the lid style 6; and an operating part 8 for operating the lid stile 6 to open and close through the connecting member 7, wherein a resin ventilating stile 5a made of synthetic resin is provided on the interior side surface of the ventilating stile 5, and a resin cover 26 is provided on the interior side surface of the lid stile 6.
