PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column and beam joint metal, restraining sink deformation, and enabling movement of a column. SOLUTION: This column and beam joint metal fixture 10 is formed by sticking two steel plates to be integrated with each other by fillet welding. The column and beam joint metal fixture 10 is fitted to be held between the end face of the column 2 (2A or 2B) and the top face or the lower face of a beam 3, and a first screw member and a second screw member are screwed into the column 2 and the beam 3 through a through hole provided in the column and beam joint metal fixture 10 to join the column 2 and the beam 3 to each other.
