PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a fastening member capable of significantly alleviating a shock of the shrinking vibration of a fastened body generated when ends of fastening members such as clamp bands are disconnected. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a first connecting member 2 and a second connecting member 4 connected to ends of fastening members, and a connection means 6 capable of connecting the first connecting member 2 and the second connecting member 4 so as to be releasable. The connection means 6 has a hook member 14 (actuating member) rotatable between a restraining position maintaining the connection and a release position releasing the connection, and lock means 15 locking the hook member 14 to the restraining position so as to be releasable. When the lock with the lock means 15 is released, the hook member 14 rotates to the release position, and the first connecting member 2 and the second connecting member 4 are disconnected.
