PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated metal plate which stably exhibits excellent conductivity even under light-contact conditions of a pressure of approximately 10 to 12 gf/mm<SP>2</SP>, whose surface resistance caused by surface contact is stable at low level over the entire region of the large plate, and which is suitable for a component material of large sized electric appliances such as a large-screen display or the like. SOLUTION: The resin-coated metal plate excellent in conductivity, wherein a resin film is formed on the surface of a metal plate, has 10 or more peaks per 2.54 cm (PPI, peak count level 2H=2.54μm) in the roughness curve (Z(X)) of the resin-coated metal plate and has its Kurtosis (Rku) of 5.0 or less in the roughness curve.
