The system has a bracket frame with three guide wheels that include ball bearings and free wheels. Air-lift energy chambers are connected with energy cylinders operating on a centre of gravity and are provided with two different half-sided annular-chamber wheels. The air-lift energy chambers have wheel-axle drives (8) connected to three spokes connections (7) and to an annular rotor (5), where drive energies available in excess are transmitted from the rotor by an external sprocket wheel.
