The method involves modulating analog optical signal by change of signal parameter as a function of a secret modulation key function. The phase of the analog optical signal is modulated as a signal parameter in the function of a frequency of the analog optical signal. The modulation of the analog optical signal takes place by inserting a fiber optics with chromatic dispersion. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for the coded transmission of a signal between a transmitter and a receiver (2) a device for optical coding of an analog optical signal.
