A wet cellulose powder type adiabatic material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have the effect that the manufacturing cost is inexpensive, the quality is uniform, and the supplementary material cost which is required to the manufacturing process is drastically cut down by manufacturing the more hygienic wet cellulose adiabatic material even when being environment-friendly as the process of uniformly mixing the cheap mixing wastepaper type and cellulose raw material, and of input dissociating. A wet cellulose powder type adiabatic material and a manufacturing method thereof include the steps of: the waste paper fetching stage which uniformly mixes and injects the mixing waste paper (notice) and cellulose raw material and transfers the mixing waste paper with conveyor or the manual(S2); the dissociation dispersion step which scatters the dissociation diluting to the concentration 4~20% range by using deflaker after uniformly mixing the raw material(S3); the impurity process step which it filters and separates out the impurity which is the coarse-grained foreign material thereafter by using the high concentration centrifuge and alien substance separators (the screen application of 2,3,4 step according to the scale of production) of 2~5% range concentration(S4); the concentration and the dehydration step which dehydrates the raw material filtering out impurity to the concentration and about 45~50% density range by using thickner and extractor(S5); the drying and the mastication step which is dry to about 10~20% density range by using drier the raw material passing through concentration and dehydration step, and pulverizes the dried raw material as described above to the reverse address resolution protocol pulp form by using refiner(S6,S9). |
