PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION COMPRISING STABILIZED SOLID-DISPERSION

A pharmaceutical composition is provided to reduce remarkably a related compound causing a drug side effect by containing a stable solid dispersion and to improve remarkably stability without a stabilizer or a solubilizing agent. A pharmaceutical composition containing a stable solid dispersion is manufactured by mixing a limaprost or a cyclodextrin inclusion compound of the limaprost and a carrier hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) or a Kollidon. A mixing ratio of the limaprost or the cyclodextrin inclusion compound of the limaprost and the carrier hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) or the Kollidon is 1 : 500 - 1 : 3,000. The solid dispersion is manufactured by a spray-drying method. The pharmaceutical composition does not include the stabilizer or the solubilizing agent.
