A navigation device for multiple interval display of the navigation information and an operation method thereof can provide the navigation information smoothly without disconnection. An operation method of the navigation device comprises the following steps. The navigation information is produced and displayed at certain intervals(S120). The prediction navigation information related to the navigation information is produced at the certain intervals and the generated prediction navigation information is displayed before the navigation information of the next period is displayed(S140).
