<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new safe lipase activity stimulant, a humectant, a whitening agent, an inhibitor of contact dermatitis, furthermore an external preparation or a bath agent and a food. <P>SOLUTION: A lipase activity stimulating action, a moisturizing effect, inhibitory activity of melanin formation and contact dermatitis are confirmed in an extract of genus Agave plant, sisal hemp, and the extract is used for the lipase activity stimulant, the humectant, the whitening agent, the inhibitor of contact dermatitis, furthermore the external preparation for skin or the bath agent and the food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
