<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dielectric ceramics having high a dielectric constant, excellent stability in temperature characteristics of a relative dielectric constant and low voltage dependence of an insulation resistance when a voltage is increased, and to provide a multilayered ceramic capacitor having the above dielectric ceramics as dielectric layers and excellent life characteristics in a high temperature load test. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramics comprise crystal particles essentially comprising two kinds of barium titanate having different calcium concentrations from each other, wherein the two kinds of crystal particles contain, with respect to 100 mol of titanium constituting the barium titanate, vanadium by 0.1 to 0.2 mol in terms of oxides, magnesium by 0.5 to 0.75 mol in terms of oxides, at least one kind of rare earth element in yttrium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium and terbium by 0.55 to 0.75 mol in terms of oxides, and manganese by 0.25 to 0.6 mol in terms of oxides. When areas of the first crystal particles and the second particles are represented by C1 and C2, respectively, they satisfy C2/(C1+C2)=0.5 to 0.8. The Curie temperature of the ceramics is 85 to 95°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
