<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin welding method which enables the manufacture of a resin welded object with high productivity by welding a first resin member and a second resin member with high welding strength, and a resin welding apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin welding apparatus 1, a resin member M1 and a resin member M2 are brought into contact with each other and the welding scheduled region R in the contact surface S of the resin member M1 and the resin member M2 is irradiated with a laser beam so that the resin members M1 and M2 are melted in the contact surface S.
