<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water retention concrete block having a water retention property sufficient to lower atmosphere temperature and being capable of utilizing wool waste and cotton waste to be discarded, as well as to provide a manufacturing method of the water retentive concrete block and a pavement structure using the water retentive concrete block. <P>SOLUTION: The water retentive concrete block 10 which is porous and capable of retaining water is prepared by hardening an agitated and mixed substance containing 150-250 pts.mass of sand gravel, 10-23 pts.mass of wool yarn and 5-12 pts.mass of cotton yarn which are cut into the lengths of 15-40 mm, 10-20 pts.mass of sawdust, and 200-300 pts.mass of water, to 100 pts.mass of cement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
