PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately presume the ground-contact state of a tire during traveling without mounting a sensor to the tire. SOLUTION: As the tire, the tire 20 having a block row in which a plurality of blocks having different length in a tire circumferential direction are arranged in a tire circumferential direction and having a tread pattern in which kicking out ends of the two adjacent blocks of the block row are formed at a fixed period is used. By an acceleration sensor 11 mounted to a knuckle 23, periodical vibration transmitted from the tire 20 to the knuckle 23 and generated when the kicking out ends are successively left from a road surface is detected, and the wave form of the frequency of the vibration is determined, and the vibration level of the wave form of the frequency in the detection frequency band area calculated from a wheel speed V measured by a wheel speed sensor 12 and the period is detected.
