PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct, in particular, a mobile animation distribution folder site for animation distribution service with an Internet/mobile version sound, and to provide an information communication system, since various services are required along with an increase of a using degree of a cellular phone, and since an access and service are required further to get efficient in the period of a remarkable technical innovation. SOLUTION: A folder installed in a server of the information communication system, i.e. a mobile site has in its inside a collective processing site for quick processing or burden reduction for a server, a site for dispersion of the folders exhibiting a processing ability and comprising the folder dedicated to an animation, and a new arrival movie site, in order to effectuate the animation distribution service with the Internet/mobile version sound of a cellular phone terminal, and is provided with a new arrival movie folder of the information communication system capable of operating efficiently a two-dimensional code (QR code, color zip, super zip).
