<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake performing improvement of brake feeling of EBS by detecting stepping force of a brake pedal and easily performing control for a driver. <P>SOLUTION: The brake valve stepping force detection structure for EBS is provided with the brake pedal attached with a stepping force transmission shaft part 11 between wing plates 1a provided on both side parts and turnably mounted to a floor panel of the vehicle through a brake valve board 2; the brake valve 3 mounted through the brake valve board 2 in which a through hole 10a for inserting the stepping force transmission shaft part 11 is provided on an end of a push rod 10; and a load sensor 20 attached between the through hole 10a and the stepping force transmission shaft part 11, and is constituted so as to detect the stepping force of the brake pedal 1 by the load sensor 20. The load sensor 20 is stuck onto a side surface at a push rod 10 side of the stepping force transmission shaft part 11. The load sensor 20 is stuck onto a semi-circular side surface at the push rod 10 side of the stepping force transmission shaft part 11.
