PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim having a wing compensating local wave formation, a manufacturing method of the rim, and a bicycle wheel equipped with a tubeless tire improved in brake efficiency and airtightness by the rim. SOLUTION: The rim has a pair of wings 27, 28 formed of metal, annually molded of a molded member, closely joining both ends of a member, and connected at least one bridge 23. An axial distance between the wings 27, 28 at a joining portion 138 is larger than an axial distance between the wings 27, 28 at a part separated from the joining portion 138.
