PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improvement of a manufacturing yield of a coil unit by surely preventing a coil from contacting with a magnetic core at the time of integrally sealing and forming the magnetic core and the coil with resin. SOLUTION: After an electromagnetic induction coil 41 and a magnetic core 43 in a state interposed by an insulating panel 42 are positioned with the use of a coil folder 40, they are set in a mold 50, into which a molding agent is injected in a liquid state to injection-mold a coil mold 44.
