PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for reducing the number of terminals required for a package. SOLUTION: A single input terminal of a parameter control circuit is used for forming two different parameters of the parameter control circuit. This parameter control circuit includes the first input, a switch formed for enabling or disabling a first current flowing through a mirror path of the first current mirror having an input path and a mirror path, a capacitor coupled for receiving the first current, and a second current mirror having an input path and a mirror path. The input path is coupled to the first input in the second current mirror, the second current mirror is coupled for forming the second current through the mirror path for discharging the capacitor, in response to the switch for disabling the first current, and the second current mirror forms the second current with the second value different from the first value of the first current.
