PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body excellent in scratch resistance and hot water resistance or solvent resistance, and excellent in mechanical strength, impact resistance and optical characteristics. SOLUTION: The laminated body includes a stretched layer made of an acrylic thermoplastic resin and a layer made of another thermoplastic resin. The laminated body is preferably obtained by stretching a non-stretched laminated body including the layer composed of the acrylic thermoplastic resin layer and the other thermoplastic resin.
