PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high acceleration rotary table device in a machine tool enabling low moment of inertia while having a labyrinth structure. SOLUTION: In the peripheral section between a supporting member 21 and a rotary table 17, a seal ring 35 with a lip section 35a contacting with the contact surface 27b of the rotary table 17 slidably is arranged, and a flange section 27a protruded radially outward is provided in the rim of the rotary table 17. Moreover, a labyrinth ring 37 surrounding the seal ring and having a labyrinth section 37b extended radially inward, which is opposed to the flange section 27a of the rotary table 17 with a very small clearance, is attached in the supporting member 21.
