PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polluted soil decontaminating method for return change in an ecosystem caused by an anaerobic microorganism charged after decontamination and an anaerobic microorganism produced in a decontamination process to a state before decontamination, in a bio-augmentation of a pollutant harmful to a human body or an organism, and returning change in the environmental due to the anaerobic microorganisms to the state before decontamination. SOLUTION: In the polluted soil decontaminating method, ozone water 17 produced from the ozone water making machine 15 and water tank 14 on the ground is injected in polluted oil from an injection well 5 after the pollutant is removed to increase the concentration of oxygen in a decontaminating target region. By this method, the anaerobic microorganism charged for decontamination and the anaerobic microorganism produced or propagated in the decontamination process are sterilized to detoxify the harmful anaerobic microorganism after decontamination.
