<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficient and enhance a sales and clearing management function in a direct sales site from a production place, by a link with an in-store server, using a barcode not limited in the number of columns of a code allocated to a consigner code and a commodity code, while forming a residual columns excepting an in-store code, an amount code and a check digit out of an in-sore marking based on 13 figures of LAN code into a virtual code serving as a consigner-classified commodity management code. <P>SOLUTION: A barcode issuing terminal device equipped with a touch panel is connected to a scanner of a barcode reader. The in-store server is assembled with an information storage device for a consigner management code master, a consigner code master, a merchandise code master and a real time sales data. The scanner of the barcode reader is connected to a POS-register terminal.
