<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curry-like foodstuff which is made by not using a meat, fish or the like as the major raw material but using a vegetable raw material, and which shows excellent eating feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The curry-like retort food made by heat-cooking the curry-like foodstuff, inputting the same in a retort vessel and then heat-sterilizing the same is characterized in that a separately prepared rolled dried bean curd is input when the curry-like flavoring liquid is heat-cooked and input in the retort vessel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
