<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always stably maintain a face contact between the oscillation member and the contact member of an oscillation-type linear actuator. <P>SOLUTION: Pressure contact faces 48a and 51a between the oscillator 48 and slider 51 of the oscillation-type linear actuator are arcuate or spherical. By making these arcuate or spherical parts come into contact with each other, even if their contact faces rotate in the direction of an optical axis or in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis, the arcuate or spherical parts come into contact with each other, thereby changes in the configuration for contact are prevented and stable contact is maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
