PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress breakage of a laminate assembly with a simple constitution by a shearing force occurring at a time when a fuel cell stack receives an impact.
SOLUTION: The laminate assembly 10 that constitutes the fuel cell stack 100 is composed by pinching both sides of an electrolyte and electrode assembly 14 by first gas diffusion layers 13, 15, second gas diffusion layers 12, 16, and separators 11, 17. The first gas diffusion layers 13, 15 are formed by laminating respective layers of the first gas diffusion layers 13a to 13c, and 15a to 15c without adhesion treatment on respective layers. When the shearing force acts on the laminate assembly 10 along its laminated face, sliding occurs in the laminated face of respective layers of the first gas diffusion layers 13 and laminated face of respective layers of the first gas diffusion layers 15, and limit displacement of the laminate assembly 10 becomes larger, which results in the breakage of the first gas diffusion layers 13, 15 in which rigidity is small.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
