<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen food packed in a container which allows uniform heating without spoiling taste of foods of different kinds when heated with a microwave oven, a method for cooking the frozen food packed in a container and a container for the frozen food. <P>SOLUTION: A frozen food 400 packed in a container and a container therefor include a first steam discharge part 41 which is provided to a lid body 40 and discharges steam from a solid food 51 outside so as to prevent steam from the solid food 51 from flowing to a subsidiary food 52 in a middle plate 1 when heated and a second steam discharge part 42 which discharges steam from the subsidiary food 52 provided to the lid body 40 separately from the first steam discharge part 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
