<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing method of a surface crack by which a surface crack can be excellently sealed without leaving a pit even if water, oxide and the like are present inside the surface crack. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing method of the surface crack comprises as follows. A high temperature shielding gas 13 heated to≥200°C is blown off from a heater 5-installed shielding gas feeding pipe 4 to the surface crack 12 in which water and oxide intruded, the part where the surface crack 12 has occurred is heated and the water and oxide inside the surface crack 12 are evaporated, then a welding wire 6 is supplied to a laser beam irradiation part 15, an overlay-welding layer 16 is formed and the surface crack 12 is sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
