<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedal device of excellent assemblability capable of dispensing with a fixing member such as a rivet. <P>SOLUTION: This pedal device 1 comprises a metal plate 4 and an elastic member 5, and is provided with a pad 3 for covering a pedal tread 2a. At least one part of a pad attaching part 3a for attaching the pad 3 to the pedal tread 2a is formed of only the elastic member 5.
