PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid which eliminates a closed feeling and discomfort and prevents generation of hauling by ensuring permeability of external air with a surface of the eardrum without sealing the external auditory meatus. SOLUTION: In a behind-the-ear hearing aid, an external air introduction tube 15 is formed by connecting a tube to an audio path from the main body of a case 11 to an earplug (ear chip) 22 mounted on the external auditory meatus. Furthermore, an opening is provided on a bottom of the main body of the case 11, this opening and the audio path are connected, thereby forming the external air introduction tube 15.
