PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a monitor to a direction that a user desires by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: An MPU 11 includes a condition setting unit 111 which accepts an operation input from the user through a remote controller 2, sets the direction of a display 31 based upon the accepted operation input while making it correspond to a set time as a time when the direction of the display 31 is adjusted, and records set angle information corresponding to the set direction in a condition storage unit 121 while making it correspond to set time information, a time decision unit 112 which decides whether the set time stored in the condition storage unit 121 has reached, and a control execution unit 113 which reads the set angle information corresponding to the set time out of the condition storage unit 121 and controls a driving motor 336 to rotate the display 31 to a direction corresponding to the read-out set angel information when it is decided that the set time has reached.
