PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer polyol which is useful as the raw material for polyurethane, has low viscosity, and brings about remarkable improvement in the mechanical properties of polyurethane. SOLUTION: The polymer polyol (A) comprises a polyol (PL) and polymer particles (JR) which are contained in the polyol and comprises an ethylenically unsaturated compound (E) as a constituent, in which the content of acrylonitrile in the compound (E) is 40-97% by weight, the content of molecular terminal primary hydroyl group based on the molecular terminal hydroyl group in the component (PL) is 70-100 mol%, and the content of the oxyethylene unit in the component (PL) is 0.1-20% by weight based on the weight of the component (PL).
