PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance caused by a difference in wiring density between display electrode wires in a display area and routed wires formed in a non-display area formed around the display area without interrupting a visual field in the display area and without increasing cost. SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display panel wherein two substrates having a plurality of band-like display electrodes 11, 21 respectively formed along directions which are orthogonal to each other are stuck to each other through a peripheral seal material 40, a non-display area 60 exists between a display area 50 including the opposed display electrodes 11, 21 and the peripheral seal material 40, routed wires 12 drown out from respective display electrodes 11 as thin width are formed in non-display areas 61, 62 on the side orthogonal to the display electrodes 11, and a part of the non-display area 60 on the peripheral seal material 40 side is covered by a frame like a ring; the routed wires 12 are arranged on portions covered by the frame out of the non-display areas 61, 62, and respective display electrodes 11 are drown out from the display area 50 at least up to an inner edge BL of the frame without changing the width of the band shape.
