PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector and a power tool mounted with the dust collector capable of inhibiting upsizing of the tool body and preventing an exhaust path portion from being interfered by a grasping portion. SOLUTION: This dust collector 4 includes: a mounting base 14 removably installed on the grasping portion 10; a dust collecting cover 20 for surrounding a bit 3; and a dust exhaust portion 24 formed with the exhaust path portion 28 for exhausting dust outside the dust collecting cover 20 in an extended manner. The dust exhaust portion 24 is provided removably on the mounting base 14, enabling the extending direction of the exhaust path portion 28 to be changed by adjusting the mounting angle of the dust exhaust portion 24 in relation to the mounting base 14.
