摘要 A method for producing bisphenol A with an extended service life in the crystallization is provided to prepare bisphenol A with 15 weight% or less of phenol content, in which the suspended crystallization of a product compound containing bisphenol A, minor component and phenol is performed in a crystallizer and the product compound is pumped through a heat exchanger. A method for producing bisphenol A comprises (a) a step for forming the product compound including bisphenol A - phenol additive by reacting phenol and acetone in the presence of a sulfur-containing co-catalyst and sulfonic acid ion exchanger; (b) a step for obtaining the crystallization of the bisphenol A - phenol additive by series suspending and crystallizing the product compound including the bisphenol A - phenol additive obtained from the (a) step in one or more crystallizers, wherein one or more crystallizers includes one or more pumps pumping the colloidal suspension contained in one or more heat exchangers for cooling and one or more crystallizers through one or more heat exchangers; (c) a step for separating the crystal of the bisphenol A - phenol additive obtained from the (b) step by the solid / liquid separation; and (d) a step for obtaining the bisphenol A by removing phenol through the desorption and/or distillation from the crystal of the bisphenol A - phenol additive obtained from the (c) step. The current consumption of one or more pumps is maintained so that the current consumption is changed by the maximum ±5%. The speed of one or more pumps is increased as the pressure loss of one or more heat exchanger rise.
