<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the temperature dependency of coupling coefficients, to reduce the effect of noise caused by external magnetic flux, and to electrically insulate a low-voltage side from a high-voltage side for signal transfer. <P>SOLUTION: A signal transmission circuit has a conversion circuit KU1 for generating a pulsive signal SU1' according to the rising and falling edges of a PWM signal SU1 for gate drive, and a restoration circuit for restoring the PWM signal SU1 for gate drive, based on the level of a voltage pulse generated in the secondary winding of an air-core insulation transformer TU1. The air-core type insulation transformer TU1 has an insulation transformer for setting and an insulation transformer for resetting to separately transmit the pulsive signal SU1' according to the rising and falling edges of the PWM signal SU1 for gate drive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
