PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing equipment which can operate at a high speed by reducing variations in a length direction in the manufacture of a plastic bag having a gusset portion so as to enable the narrowing of a mouth. SOLUTION: This manufacturing equipment 10 for manufacturing the plastic bag comprises: a take-up reel 121 around which a raw sheet W is wound; a small-hole forming portion 13 for forming small holes at both the ends of the raw sheet W, the seal surface of which is directed to a front side; a gusset folding and forming portion 17 for folding the raw sheet W with the formed small holes as a side gusset portion; a center seal-forming portion 20 for forming a back-lining portion; a center seal-forming portion 30 for sealing a folded portion of the side gusset portion to a body portion; and a bottom seal-forming portion 40 for forming a bottom seal portion. The raw sheet W passing through the small-hole forming portion 13 is fed by a pitch roll 15 for being driven by intermittent rotations, and the gusset folding and forming portion 17 is fed by a feed roll 18 for being driven by continuous rotations.
