SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorescence microscope apparatus including: fluorescent image acquisition optical systems 101 to 104 for acquiring the fluorescent image of the sample 108; a stimulation light irradiation optical system including a scanning means 122A for light stimulation by irradiating the arbitrary area of the sample 108 with the stimulation light; a control means 2 of acquiring temporal observation data by repeatedly acquiring images using the image acquisition optical systems 101 to 104 while giving the light stimulation by the stimulation light irradiation system 121; an analyzing means 2a of analyzing molecular interaction by analyzing a change in fluorescence intensity caused owing to fluctuations of molecules in a confocal volume using secular observation data; and a display means 5 of displaying an analysis result of the analyzing means 2a.
