PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence on bus bars by a connection caulking force between lead terminals 19A, 19B of bus bars 16U, 16V, 16W, 16N and coil terminals 8A, 8B and to shorten the length of a shaft direction of a stator A. SOLUTION: Coil terminals of each of phases are led out so as to follow the circumference c concentric with a stator core 1, the led terminals from each of bus bars are led out in the diameter direction of the stator and bent 21 so as to follow the same circumference, and a coil terminal is inserted into a U-shaped connection piece 22 of its end and caulked. Since the caulking force is eased not a little due to warpage-deformation of a bent portion 21 and transmitted to the bus bars through a leading portion 20, no connection failure between a terminal and the bus bar is caused. Since the bent portion 21 is shifted in a lateral direction from the leading portion 20, a connection piece is provided on an any position in a vertical direction of the bent portion and is prevented from being positioned above the leading portion 20.
