摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately design a stable power supply system with reduced noise in a short time in an optimum manner by quantitatively evaluating a plurality of noises of a power supply system of LSI. SOLUTION: The circuit design device comprises an input device 1 which outputs input information containing data related to circuit design into the circuit design device; a characteristic derivation means 2 for deriving voltage fluctuation characteristic and power supply noise characteristic of a power supply circuit based on the input information; a determination reference database 6 containing a voltage fluctuation condition and a power supply noise condition; a condition propriety determination means 3 including a voltage fluctuation condition determination means 4 for comparing the voltage fluctuation characteristic with the voltage fluctuation condition to determine whether the voltage fluctuation characteristic satisfies the voltage fluctuation condition or not and a power supply noise condition determination means 5 for comparing the power supply noise characteristic with the power supply noise condition to determine whether the power supply noise characteristic satisfies the power supply noise condition or not; and an output device 7 which outputs results determined by the condition propriety determination means 3.
