PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel computing system that enables users to use a parallel computing environment easily without installing any special software in their clients. SOLUTION: The parallel computing system has a shared folder 150 for storing at least input data, arithmetic processing parts (grid 110, cluster 120, single server 130) for providing predetermined arithmetic processing of the input data, and a reception server program 144 for selecting any one arithmetic processing part and feeding it with the input data.
