PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric quantity controller capable of controlling arbitrary electric quantity by generating external output signals according to the electric quantity. SOLUTION: The electric quantity controller comprises a current detector 110 for detecting current, a time integration circuit 120 for time-integrating signals entered from the current detector 110, a judging circuit 130 for detecting that the time integration amount made by the time integration circuit 120 reaches a target time integration amount set according to an arbitrary target electric quantity value, and an external output signal generation circuit 150 for generating an arbitrary external output signal for controlling the electric quantity. The external output signal generation circuit 150 generates an external output signal each time an electric quantity carried by a current observed by the current detector 110 reaches the target electric quantity value.
