PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of reducing a misjudgment ratio and the workload of a visible identification process by an operator, and to provide an analyzing method thereof. SOLUTION: A judgment section 34 in this analyzer 1 reduces the misjudgment ratio and enables the reduction of the workload by an operator to verify a judgment result by re-judging whether a specimen to be judged is negative or positive from the distribution value of a transmitted quantity that differs from the rate change of transmitted light, to a specimen that has been judged to be negative from the ratio of change of transmitted light in an agglutination reaction pattern of the specimen to be judged.
