摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device 95 of a hybrid shovel 1 which is excellent in space efficiency and which can perform drive control of both an hydraulic actuator 12 and electric actuators 3, 4 with great precision. SOLUTION: The operating device 95 of the hybrid shovel 1 has an operating lever 27, pilot valves 170, 171, and input shafts 112a, 113a. The operating lever 27 can be tilted and operated from a predetermined neutral position in the four directions. The pilot valves 170, 171 supply pilot pressure to pilot ports Pa1, Pa2 of a direction-switch valve 150 used for drive control of the hydraulic actuator 12. The pilot pressure is supplied in accordance with each tilted amount of the operating lever 27 in the front and rear directions with respect to the neutral position. The input shafts 112a, 113a generate displacement in accordance with each tilted amount of the operating lever 27 in the right and left directions with respect to the neutral position. The operating device 95 of the hybrid shovel 1 is provided with potentiometers 112, 113 which output voltage signals used for actuating the electric actuators 3, 4 in accordance with the displacement amount of the input shafts 112a, 113a.
