PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a conventional form panel construction method, a form panel itself has to form a wall surface while serving as a form; the form panel requires a strength as the entire wall surface for bearing fluid pressure before hardening a curable placing material placed on a rear surface; and an influence of the pressure of the curable placing material is further increased if the form panel is almost vertically erected. SOLUTION: There is provided a precast concrete panel which constitutes an external wall surface of a concrete construction constructed by placing the curable placing material. According to the structure of the concrete panel, one of upper and lower surfaces is formed into a projected surface while the other is formed into a recessed surface, and one of both side surfaces has arranged thereon a projected guide frame while the other has arranged thereon a recessed guide frame. Herein each of the guide frames obtained by bending a metal plate has extended portions reaching a front surface and a rear surface of a form panel main body, respectively, and a plurality of rib plates formed on an internal peripheral surface thereof, such that one end shape of each rib plate follows the internal peripheral surface.
